This story could have started in the 40's, but we'll start in the 60's when this tiny cabin was local housing to graduate students at Duke. Wonderfully located and unlike anything else this close to Duke University or downtown Durham, the Green Door cabin welcomes you for the weekend or week. Fully renovated recently while keeping the charm intact. You can feel as isolated as you want with every amenity within just a couple of miles. Duke Forest Trails and Duke CC Trail within walking distance.

Anchored in the cool shade of Beech and Oak trees, 19 acres and hundreds of feet of lake shore for you to explore. The lake and surrounding forest are home to a wide variety of wildlife, experience for yourself the secret they have found. Truly unwind in this 2 bed 1 bath right on the water's edge. Peach's Paradise Eco-Cabin & Bath In The City!

We love couples, solo adventurers, & furry friends who want one level beyond tent camping. Please understand there is very solar power lights. The Eco-Cabin is a rustic, 2-story hand built cabin in town. You'll enjoy the cabin, firepit, firewood, swing chairs, king size bed, linens, and a bathhouse with private toilet, sink and shower. We do allow pets for a 15$ pet fee per pet. There is parking and roaming rights to the surrounding 23.8 acres. We are convenient to the NC Zoo and Seagrove.

Artist's Studio

Originally the studio of a visual artist (long ago garden illustrator for The New York Times), this petite building is completely private. Firm queen bed. Mix of antiques and artisanal built-ins. Radiant heat. AC. Mini fridge and microwave, electric kettle, Chemex coffee maker and French Press, excellent wifi. Unique space in one of the best country neighborhoods around. 6.5 miles to Hillsborough healthy grocery store, 8 to Carrboro/Chapel Hill, 18 to Durham. Serene pond and grounds.

Our 67-acre property, Split Rock, is located 25 min. from Duke University and UNC-Chapel Hill. We are also 15 min. from Carrboro & Hillsborough, a historic, walkable community. Our guesthouse is a large pool cabana with kitchenette & queen bed overlooking a 4.5-acre pond surrounded by uninterrupted woodland. You are welcome to canoe, fish, walk our trails, play disc golf, or just enjoy the peaceful view. Split Rock is ideal for couples and solo travelers.

Welcome to our uniquely handcrafted, historically designed 2 bedroom cabin as a part of our lovely 4 Acre farmstead. Just a 12 minute walk to the great food, music and all the happenings in the Village of Saxapahaw. Great for couples, couples with a child and solo adventurers as well.
