I’d love to invite you to stay in my renovated Attic Studio, which has a private entrance, located in a family house surrounded by nature, yet just a stone’s throw away from the center of Český Krumlov. The house is situated in a very quiet part of the town, ensuring you a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children. If personal privacy is important to your group, I recommend reviewing the layout in advance to ensure it meets your needs.

Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Dominantou studia je prostorná a mimořádně pohodlná postel s kvalitní matrací, která zaručí dokonalý odpočinek po dni stráveném objevováním města. Our private and cozy apartment blends old-world charm with essential amenities, offering a genuine taste of life in this fairy-tale riverside town. From our garden, you can view resident beavers going about their evening routines, herons fishing in the shallows, and waterfowl paddling with and against the current. This five-hundred-year-old house retains its traditional character with original architectural details and thick stone walls, while thoughtful updates ensure modern comfort.

Naše chata

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Modřínový mini domek v lesní oáze je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, kuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou. V obývací části je jídelní stůl, kamna a sedací okno s výhledem do stromů a na březový balkon, kde si můžete vychutnat ranní kávu. V horním patře najdete útulnou ložnici. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. V ledničce čeká snídaně z vybraných bio lokálních surovin pro pomalé a pohodlné ráno. Kuchyňka je vybavena vším, co je potřeba k jednoduchému vaření.

Accomodation in a apartment ( 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom + 1 kitchen) in a family house, set in a lovely garden in a quiet suburb of the city of Český Krumlov. The house (GPS 48°50'15.683"N, 14°18'12.613"E) is located near a large forest , with walks on the mountain Kleť, with an observation tower and restaurant. The house is situated about 3 km from the city centre. Český Krumlov is the famous historic town,with a UNESCO site. Another near places: Šumava Mountains and Lake Lipno.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
