Beautiful, peaceful, jungle vibes, surrounded by nature, 15 min from the center of Kona, up on the mountainside, lush lot w/ fruit and mac nut trees! The ADULTS-ONLY, entirely PRIVATE space has an open floorplan, with high ceilings and lots of room. Luxury memory foam King bed, two lanais, Weber grill, Samsung smart-TV, Wifi, shared washer and dryer, and a big kitchen with all the amenities. Also: beach towels, chairs, cooler, & umbrella! This Private space is the largest unit of the home.

7 minutes from the airport, 9 miles from downtown Kona, and a short drive to nearby beaches, this delightfully chill guest loft is perfectly situated for exploring all the island has to offer! The bright, tasteful decor is a nod to a musical paradise of yesteryear with both mid-century flare and rustic beach shack charm. It has a kitchen, queen bed, 55” smart tv, private lanai with a panoramic view of the Kona coast and a shared bbq. The Loft sits above the carport on the 2nd floor.

Our Ohana (guest suite) is on the first floor of our house, and we live on the second. Your space is totally private and disconnected from the main living space, except you will share our carport. We are a family of five, and are usually fairly quiet. So you can expect a private and peaceful experience. We really enjoy our neighborhood for its cool and quiet evenings, a result of what we find to be the ideal location, separate from town and at a higher elevation.
