Luxury pet friendly beach house 250m from the amazing 90 mile beach with Starlink super fast internet and EV 15A charger. The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.

The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.

This panoramic view now includes the Metung Hot Springs resort, our new neighbours, positioned some 20 metres from our water view deck. Looking for a relaxing escape in Metung, self-contained loft house is the perfect spot to unwind. We’re just a short walk from Bancroft Bay! Simply head out the driveway, turn left, pass one house, and take the bush track or stairs down to the boardwalk. From there, it’s a pleasant 1km stroll to the heart of Metung. Need more space ?
