A comfortable fully self contained 1 bedroom cottage on acreage with expansive views across rolling farmland. With an enclosed yard, it's Pet friendly for well behaved pets. Note: Pets should not be left unattended inside. The Cottage has a fully equiped kitchen with large Fridge, Electric Oven, Microwave and Coffee Machine. HDTV & Wifi included. Outside, there's an undercover Gas BBQ.

There is unlimited NBN, so you can stay connected, in the peace of nature Next door is the shared Sunny kitchen, with a BBQ, a handmade dining table and wonderful views to the sacred Mumbulla Mountain. The water you can hear flowing into the lily pond is home to frogs who will serenade your quiet walks out into the starry night..

Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊
