Kelling Estate's newly restored studios are former stables that have been thoughtfully renovated offering guests a private and relaxing retreat. Nijinski is a small, cosy, compact studio, with a fully equipped kitchen-lounge which opens into a private, fully fenced courtyard, with patio furniture. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a spacious car park, that also has an EV charger, tennis & pickleball courts and a children's playground Nijinsky can accommodate two guests and welcomes two well-behaved dogs.

The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.
