The cottage borders a beautiful stream, is surrounded by tall pines and is several hundred feet away from our home, providing a very private and serene experience. We welcome well trained dogs, and have high expectations that you will respect the place and leave it in good shape for us and future guests. Apartment G - Best view in Hallowell

The unit is located in a 7-room house NOT occupied by the owners just two blocks from downtown. The entrance is not yet private. Entry is through a common door next to the parking spot. There is a well-stocked, full kitchen/TV room four power recliners and balcony overlooking the Kennebec River. The bedroom has a queen bed with second TV and spacious, tiled bathroom.
