A cozy three room cottage in a quiet neighborhood in North Raleigh with access to Raleigh's Greenway Park system. Easy access to Interstate 540 and 440. We are within 20 minutes of most areas in Raleigh. The cottage has three rooms. 1. A combination living room/bedroom with a queen size bed. 2. A combination kitchenette/bedroom with a double bed. This is semi private with a curtain to pull separating the sleeping area from the kitchen area. 3. A full bathroom that has a jacuzzi bathtub.

Master suite is a studio like space with 5 minutes from downtown raleigh, Very close to Walnut Creek amphitheater. perfect for traveling nurses, long-term contract workers, visiting family etc. Small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishes. Master bathroom walk in shower, claw foot tub, full closet, kitchenette for longer stays NOTE we are getting some trees trimed and there is some yard debris (branches ) on the very back of the yard, we are also working on leveling it. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. You have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.
