In the rainy season we had to pack balcony with PVC from strong wind and rain. So there will be no view in the rainy season. The apartment is huge, it's 100 square meters, it has a kitchen with all necessary utensils to cook some food, fridge, electric kettle, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery.
