A 3 minute golf cart drive away from our three gorgeous beach's with tennis, squash, swimming pools and slides for the children being just a few of the activities available. Fishing, river rowing, surfing ,lagoon walk are further activities to add to the abundance that Princes Grant has to offer.

Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Sea la Vie

Beautiful self contained studio cottage with stunning sea views and direct beach access. The unit is totally separate from the main house with its own entrance. There are 3 separate cottages located on this property - Sea le Vie, SeaScape and Seas The Day Guests also have full access to the splash pool located next to the units. UNFORTUNATELY THIS UNIT DOES NOT TAKE CHILDREN. Parking is in a designated parking bay on the private road. There is security cameras on site.

Watch the dolphins play every morning from the comfort of the house or pool area or take a 5 minute walk down the private beach path leading you to a secluded quiet beach if you fancy a swim or relax on the beach. Set in Simbithi, a secure eco-estate, wake up and see the sea, go to sleep hearing the waves in the distance. The unit has its own entrance and is private. I can also add an extra room and bathroom right next door. The Hideaway has a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a lounge/dining area with a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or heat up snacks. It is a special space to relax and unwind. Please note there are natural rock stairs to the unit.
