Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set in a english cottage garden with roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A house has been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.

Three bedrooms with queen beds, master with ensuite and walk in robe. The lounge area has a wood heater and the family room has a foldout couch/double bed ). The deck is great for outdoor dining/BBQ. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal.
