The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. The Pendthouse

Come relax and unwind in this private, peaceful getaway. Nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Snohomish, the suite is completely separate from the main residence with private entry and designated parking. Modern updates, along with beautiful views and quiet surroundings allow you to feel right at home as soon as you enter. We are located minutes from downtown Snohomish, (home of Lamb and Co. from HGTV) and countless delightful boutique shops and restaurants along with several wedding venues.

Moore's Camano Cottage, Home with a View & beach

Set between Whidbey Island and Washington's mainland, beautiful Camano Island can be reached by car. With over 56 miles of beaches, boating, salmon fishing, clamming and crabbing are bountiful. The unique appeal of Camano Island is that it offers visitors a real-life island experience, including a strong arts scene. Recreational activities such as biking are popular here. The island is also home to Camano Island State Park, which boasts 173 acres prime for camping, hiking and bird watching.

Lake Stevens North Cove Beach House

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Come enjoy your quiet retreat in this custom remodeled shipping container nestled within hundred-year-old pine trees. In this 1-bdrm cabin you will find everything you need to make your stay special! We are 45 minutes from Steven's Pass and even closer to many hiking trails. You are minutes away from a park with playground, soccer fields and trails down to the river. If you are looking to stay in, we have a beautiful deck with seating, an outdoor firepit and a large yard for use.

Welcome to the Ole' Treehouse Mill! Come see forest critters, and mountain views from this one of a kind getaway! I dedicated a year to reclaiming this structure from a mill previously located near Seattle that was set to be demolished to make room for high density housing. Not only did I wish to save this building, I wanted to create a peaceful and romantic place where lasting memories would be made. As the cities grow, I believe special places like this become more important.
