We are located on the edge of Bodmin Moor with the Cheesewring & the Hurlers a short drive or a longer stomp across the moor. We are 3 miles from the town of Liskeard and 8 miles from the coastal town of Looe. We also have some of Cornwall's other lovely beach towns such as Bude, Padstow, Newquay and St Ives to name but a few

Situated in the older part of the old Cornish market town of Liskeard, Mizpah was originally the hay store to the Coach House of Henry Rice the renowned local architect. Built of stone and slate in the late 1800's this self contained annexe is within walking distance of the town's amenities including shops , restaurants & pubs . Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. Bodmin Moor is a 10 minute drive, the nearest coastal town of Looe is 20 minutes away and the award-winning Eden Project is 30 minutes away.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
