The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

With a full kitchen at your disposal, you'll be able to stop by any of the local farmer's markets and come home to make a beautiful fresh meal. If working from home is your thing, we've got fast wifi and a perfect spot to focus in.

Charming 250 sq. ft. South Eugene bungalow guest loft with private exterior entrance (10 steps up), ideal for 1 guest. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Located in the Friendly neighborhood, you'll find organic groceries, cafés, brewpub, locally-owned restaurants and a shopping center close by. You can also access nature walks just a few blocks away, as well as find tips for other local hiking. The cottage is a 10-minute drive to downtown, a 15-minute drive to U of O and a 10-20-minute drive to several hiking trails.

This space is cleaned according to Covid Cleaning Protocols. You're in walking/biking distance to Univ. of Oregon and downtown Eugene. Less than one block south from Lane County Fairgrounds which is the Park and Ride for U of O games. Enjoy what outdoor/cultural activities that Eugene has to offer while staying in a cozy studio. You have off street parking and your own entrance. Sorry no 3rd party bookings (your reservation will be cancelled) or animals allowed.

Enjoy this cute & cozy tiny home, equipped to make your vacation comfortable & convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field & Matthew Knight Arena. Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Supermarket, restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!
