The back yard is fenced for privacy and we love pets. You will have your own private entrance with keypad at the back of the house. The backyard shared w/ kids & dog.

It is a quick, 2-3 minute walk from the heart of Old Town, Lansing, and a 4 mile drive from East Lansing. You can have lunch at Pablo's, go shopping at Bradly's HG, attend an event at Urban Beat, or drive over to the green pastures of MSU. At the end of a long day of explorations, this is a great nest to return to.

This is a room in a single family house. This charming room with European flair is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, chairs, and a desk. A mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and ironing board are located in an adjacent hallway, which, together with a private bathroom creates a private suite (separated from the main kitchen by curtains). It is a smoke-free house. We have a lovely Lab mix dog. NB: I perform robust disinfecting in the room and a bathroom before each guest arrival.

With this apartment building we're trying to take an old building and give it a new feel. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the garden level and has been updated to reflect an industrial, modern design.
