Located in beautiful wooded area on outskirts of London: 20 minutes by train to London Bridge. Chislehurst station 7 minutes walk, or 2 minutes bus ride. Village has "old" and "new" part with boutique restaurants & shops incl. supermarket (10-15 minutes walk ). Near the station are Chislehurst caves, restored historic monument & tourist attraction from war time use as a bomb shelter. Around the flat there are beautiful walks , runs & cycling in Petts Wood. House has quiet garden.

This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. A great base for exploring Central London, as well as neighbouring towns of Blackheath and Greenwich (the Royal Park is so beautiful in autumn!!!). It is less than a 5min walk to Lee train station (zone 3); it's then a short train ride to Central London (13mins to London Bridge or 26mins to Charing Cross).

And don’t forget leafy Greenwich Park! You’re spoilt for choice with pubs & restaurants too. I know and love the area, so will be happy to give local recommendations. For venturing further, you’re within minutes of the train station, two DLR stations AND the boats of course.
