Ideal rural retreat for anyone and everyone! This cosy wooden cabin is a simply lovely place to stop and unwind. Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

We'd love to welcome you to our comfortable, peaceful studio in the heart of Lewes. It has its own entrance and hallway leading to a large double bedroom, its own bathroom and patio area, and views across our garden to the Downs. We are in the beautiful, historic Pells area of Lewes. We're close to Pells Pool, meadows and leafy walks on the River Ouse. It's 5 minutes' walk to town, brilliant shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, a cinema and Lewes Castle, and 10 minutes to Lewes railway station.

'What Knot' unique carriage house quiet/central

'What Knot' is a converted carriage house. It is self contained and set in a pretty country garden tucked away in the medieval village of Alfriston in the Cuckmere Valley. It has a sitting room and kitchen on the ground floor, bedroom with king size bed and small shower room in the eaves on the first floor. It's perfect for couples wanting a peaceful break, visitors to Glyndebourne or walkers/cyclists to rest after a long day on the South Downs! 'What Knot' is 100m from the South Downs Way.

Orchard Hut is a secluded and very private shepherd's hut fitted to a high standard, and situated in a gloriously peaceful meadow setting away from any road noise. The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

Newly built modern garden studio situated a few minutes from the South Downs, 20 minutes from the centre of Lewes and 30 minutes to the station if walking. It has it's own entrance and an outside decked terrace with seating for relaxing with a drink on a summer's evening. The studio is stylishly fitted with bespoke birch ply furniture. The bed has a high quality mattress for comfort and there is a double futon bed if a second bed is required.

Garden Huts B&B offer a unique place to stay for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the local area. Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf. Caburn huts are two huts, one bedroom hut with a comfy double bed, seating with tea and coffee making facilities. The second is a bathroom hut with a gorgeous roll top bath. Continental breakfast is provided in the morning.
