Welcome to Humming Bird Haven, tucked away in the Laurel Highlands just minutes from Ohiopyle. Enjoy this getaway property that has an updated kitchen with a beautiful live edge dining table. Use this cottage as a base to enjoy the many activities the area has to offer or just relax on the large open porch. A small creek runs through the property with a fire pit area and a large hammock to bird watch in. We are nestled in between a small farm and an old junk yard filled with rusty cars.

You can bike, or walk along the beautiful river. Fifteen minute drive to Yellow Creek State Park. 25 minute drive to IUP, Saint Francis University and Mount Aloysious College.

Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

Great cottage nestled in the mountains on 63 wooded acres with barn, spring house and main house. Cottage has fireplace with first ring of logs provided. Two Smart TVs , VCR and DVD player with tapes and DVDs provided. Large deck and patio furniture off the living room with private woodland views and a babbling brook. Outdoor fire pit also provided. Close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle and Seven Springs. Pet friendly (up to 2) and beautiful hiking trails in our woods.

If you do not need to rent it, you will still have access to the creek-side deck.
