Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. This extra large Sea Gypsy Condo is a ground-level, 2-bed, oceanfront suite with master bedroom and two full baths. At 825 square feet, Betta's Cove is the largest unit on the ground floor and offers lots of space for you and your family to enjoy the ocean view. You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna. The ocean and the D River are right outside, and it’s a short walk up the beach to the tide pools. You’ll love the comfort and coziness of our condo!

World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Please notify us when making a reservation if you are bringing a pet. No keys to lose or to return! We provide secure keyless entry to the home.

One block from the beach with all the amenities of home. Comfortable setting with televisions both upstairs and downstairs. Great island in kitchen for cooking or game night. Relax in the sun on our side deck or patio below and enjoy a tranquil sunset on our front deck. Family environment. No smoking inside. No parties or events. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Parking is limited to two cars.
