Our peaceful 16 acre wetland meadow/ wooded property is teeming with birds and wildlife, making this a perfect place to relax, year round, with access and view of St. George River and White Oak Pond. There's even a hidden wild cranberry bog, that we will show and share with guests, when the berries are ripe. We are just 3.5 miles from historic Union Common, the oldest Common in Maine. 1/2 mile from Beth's Farm Market, featuring baked goods, fresh produce, milk, and fall activities in season!

We have several gardens with flowering plants, blueberries, vegetables and herbs that we share with guests throughout the growing season. We're an hour and a half north of Portland and within a half hour of the best restaurants in the midcoast area!

Relax in this cozy loft with a light-filled deck overlooking the woods, but just five minutes to downtown Damariscotta. This brand new loft above our barn is cozy with all you need for a perfect vacation. You can relax with your morning coffee above the trees. It has an indoor toilet, sink and breakfast bar and outdoor shower. We’re a semi-retired couple and love to share our 62 acres property with stream and meadow. There are quite a few stairs to the loft.

The Beach Pea

Brand new! Next to one of the best beaches in Maine is this tiny off grid guesthouse measuring a mere 12 by 16 feet. Convertible space with murphy bed, led lights, Google TV, small refrigerator/freezer, propane stove/oven, deck with grill. Miles of trails right out the door and a mile and a half of sandy beaches just a mile down the road. Park pass provided for your car. Be advised there is a 24 inch hallway and door to bathroom.
