This bijou cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and sits within minutes of all the village amenities and yet is entirely private.

With striking countryside views, accommodation is spread across the 1st floor of a converted old barn accessed via an external staircase. The private lodging, with vaulted ceilings is a perfect place to relax & enjoy the area. Within the village is The Green Man, friendly real ale pub & eatery. We can be reached by Car or Rail (Short Cab ride from Newark or Collingham).

New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Offering every modern comfort, Chestnut Cottage offers a securely fenced private garden and private hottub. Walks from the door in every direction- through woodland to Market Rasen or go up the ridge to enjoy views of Lincoln on a clear day , and of course the walk into Tealby to enjoy the local pub and tea rooms.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

Idyllic, rustic, quiet self contained private 1 bed Pod in the meadow style garden of a Victorian house on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and also within walking distance of Horncastle market place, shops and amenities. Private entrance with self check in and own parking space, use of large garden, galley kitchen (with sink, small fridge, microwave), dining area and bedroom (double bed) with en-suite suitable for 1-2 adults only (sorry no children or pets).
