With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. Absolutely no cats or other pets are allowed. We do not have a TV, but we do have fiber optic high speed internet.

There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
