Cliff's Cabin - authentic Montana retreat

Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!
