The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. This area is a paradise for walkers, with many walks very close by, and a local pub only 1.5 miles down the road.

Rose Cottage is a charming cottage located between the market towns of Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye. We are situated on the edge of the Wye Valley AONB, approximately 3 miles from the picturesque village of Symonds Yat and the stunning river Wye. Explore all that Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Monmouthshire has to offer. The Forest of Dean, Brecon Beacons and Malvern Hills are all within easy striking distance, and there are excellent transport links beyond to the Midlands and South Wales.

Pat's Flat - peaceful stay on a beautiful farm.

Pat's Flat: a converted Pig Barn located on a peaceful farm, within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. The historic towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye, the river and Forest of Dean with their outdoor leisure activities - canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking - are easily accessible. A couple of pubs, eateries and village shop are within a few miles walk. Sorry - no pets - this is a working farm and there are friendly Labradors in the adjoining property who are likely to come and say hello.

Field Cottage - House & Annexe

Field Cottage is a charming country cottage, in a peaceful location with country views from every window. It's just 10 minutes drive to Ross-On-Wye. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, dining room & kitchen. There are bunk beds in the kids room however these would be suitable for adults as standard single bunks. The separate self contained annex has a downstairs bathroom and shower room, with upstairs living space/kitchen. A single sofa bed and camp bed can be used upstairs.

Luxury Hideaway in the Wye Valley

The Roost is a private, self contained, garden annexe apartment set in the grounds of Croft Cottage. It sleeps 3 (+1) which includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull out guest bed for a 4th person. It has a well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave & fridge. The lounge has a double height vaulted ceiling with double doors leading out onto a private patio which catches the evening sun. Perfect for watching the runner ducks foraging in the garden.

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.
