The Cozy Camper

Pack light and make big memories during your stay in the cozy camper. This 30 foot camper is located on our family homestead just one mile from the llano river. The property is also less than 30 minutes from Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake State Parks as well as several parks with access to the local lakes. We live on the property and will be present to help should any problems arise. We also share the land with wildlife and our animal friends including cattle, chickens, turkeys, dogs and a cat.

This property is very private with no other B&Bs on the property. No noise at night other than nature. Very dark nights so stars are incredible. Great sunrises and sunsets.
