Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Self-contained suite in Clevedon

Take a break in the West End of Clevedon. The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The Officers Mess is a brand new let at Ellenborough Hall. Once a billet for American service men during World War 2,the officers mess has been transformed into a luxurious hotel style suite with a beautiful private bathroom . Situated on the first floor of Ellenborough Hall you are perfectly situated. A 5 minute walk to the beach, town or the train station,easy to explore all the delights Weston has to offer. With dedicated off road parking behind automatic gates a perfect place to stay.

Maple Cottage, beautiful Mendip Hills with hot tub

Delightful country cottage in a farm setting. Private garden with hot tub, firepit, BBQ and relaxing chairs. Cosy wood burner for chilly evenings. Beautiful and tranquil location set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to miles of footpaths from the front door, including the West Mendip Way. Close to Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Bath, as well as many other beauty spots and attractions. A good selection of pubs and restaurants, some accessible on foot. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

The Grange

Our self contained apartment is on the first floor of our 500 year old farm house. Although the farm is in the country side we are within 2 miles of junction 21 on the M5. Weston-Super-Mare is 5 miles away, Bristol 15 miles and Bath 20 miles. The Mendips is near by offering stunning walks, as well as Cheddar gorge and Wells with a variety of walks and tourist attractions. The apartment is surrounded by green areas please ask for directions if you would like the use of a green space.

Your own part of the house, with a private entrance, including bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Free parking on site. Your living room contains a sofa, TV, DVD/CD players. Your kitchen has a microwave, kettle and toaster (no oven or hob). There's a table in your kitchen to use for eating or as a workstation. Village pub serves food just 5 minutes walk. Handy for tourist resorts of Weston-super-Mare, Cheddar Gorge. Nearest sandy beach is less than 10 minutes in a car.

The self-contained space features a double bedroom with the usual amenities, including an ensuite bathroom and a garden setting with its own patio and an al fresco eating area. Parking is available on the road outside. The town centre, railway station and beach are a ten ten-minute walk.

A revolutionary home cinema experience built from a passion for films and sound. If you think your local cinema is good then boy have I got a treat for you! You get the full immersive surround sound 'reference' (top of the range) system, full gaming experience including PS4, Disney+, Netflix, Spotify, Youtube, Sky to browse to your hearts content, your own personal garden with a BBQ, a super king size sleigh bed, your own luxurious shower, slipper bath, and toilet.

Surrounded by woodland 10mins from Bristol Airport

Woodside - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning addition to our home with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.
