Upon entering our home you will be in the living room, a large spacious area designed with style and class, highlighted by a large gray couch along with a TV with smart connectivity. On your left there’s the entrance to the art room followed by an entrance to the Kitchen. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with Restaurant Grade state-of-the-art Wolf Stove complete Grill alongside a spacious restaurant size Sub Zero Fridge. The kitchen has a back door that opens you to the beautiful back yard. To the right and directly in front after you pass the living room is a hallway that takes you to the restroom and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is elegantly designed and features a brand new hotel-quality Queen Size Bed and premium mattress. The Large 2nd Bedroom has 2 Large Queen Size Beds both Brand new also featuring hotel-quality mattresses. An important note to anyone Visiting Venice Beach is the weather is warm, tropical and at times humid. The sun shines from 7am-7pm and the smell of the ocean fills the air. You are right off the beach so it can get humid at times. Like all houses in Venice Beach, it does not have air-conditioning so if you are accustomed to keeping the windows closed and staying inside the house your entire vacation blasting the air-condition please do not book this home. The house is located in the Venice Beach Silver Triangle, one of the the nicest and most prestigious beach communities. There is plenty of street parking and driveway parking is also availability for you to enjoy during your stay. The Venice Beach House has Premium Quality Bikes purchased new from SIX THREE ZERO bikes. They are very very cool and great quality bikes. Please use the Locks provided in the closet as well as the helmets and always lock up the bikes and removable front wheels. The locks have a combination on them. We hope it makes for a great experience during your stay. - To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. We like to think of it as bringing the beach to the house (only without the sand!) - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of stay! - Before you leave please clean up pots, pans, and dishes and place dirty towels in hamper. Please take out main trash prior to checking out. Trash day is on Monday's, we will be around to take out trash cans, if you're staying on this day - it may be a good time to throw out your trash ;) - Quiet Hours: The neighborhood is full of great people and families, please respect the neighbors by keeping noise level down indoors and outdoors between 10pm - 8am. Including music, television, people, etc. Respecting neighbors and the neighborhood is taken seriously, complaints from neighbors will result in 100% loss of deposit and immediate end to reservation with no refund. - Smoking is only allowed outside, please respect your health, our home and neighbors - Please make sure to keep all doors and windows locked. - Reservation is for your group only. At no point are there any additional guests/visitors allowed in the home or on the property without written approval via the AirBnB app before the reservation is made. -We kindly request that EVERY person who needs to be on the property, including outdoor spaces, needs to be on the reservation. This includes non-overnight guests. So if you have 4 people staying overnight and 4 friends visiting - you need to make a reservation for 8. Casa Carmona, a Mid-City Garden Oasis near Museums

Casa Carmona is a little oasis in the big city. It's convenient to just about anywhere you would want to visit while in Los Angeles. Private entrance allows you to come and go as you please. Very diverse selection of restaurants and there is a 7-11 as well as a small grocery store (that delivers) less than a block away if you would rather eat in. Laundromat and dry cleaners are one block away which is helpful for longer stays. Street parking is available. Convenient to public transportation. Full access to the guest house and the backyard area including lounge chairs and dining table. I live in the adjacent house so am able to offer help during guest's stay. I love meeting my guests from all over the world but respect your privacy and comfort! Casa Carmona sits behind a charming Spanish house in Wilshire Vista, a neighborhood created in the 1920s. This is a diverse and safe area, within walking distance of Museum Row and the Grove. Plenty of free parking is available. Approximately half my guests rent a car and there is unrestricted street parking available except for street cleaning on Tuesday afternoons. The other half of my guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. There is plentiful public transportation within walking distance. One bus stop is less than a block away on one major street and another the opposite direction a block and a half from the house. There is also a Zip Car location less than a block away. The main bed is full size. The pullout sofa is twin bed. There is a small fridge/freezer, microwave oven, 2 burner electric cooktop, and George Forman grill for cooking. Also have a Keurig for coffee and electric tea kettle and assortment of teas. There is a end table that is gate-leg so can be used for in-room dining. Folding chairs in closet as well as extra folding table in closet. Hair dryer in bathroom. Plenty of closet space. Two luggage racks. Iron is provided. I also provide a beach blanket, tote and towels for excursions to the beach. For relaxation time at the Casa there are plentiful entertainment options including Amazon Echo, TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, many movies, PlayStation and several board games with even more available upon request!
