The cottage is located in the equestrian district in Burbank. When you walk to our local park you might catch some horses riding by. The cottage is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a pull out King couch in the living room. We are able to accommodate up to 4 people. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure. We also have a small enclosed porch with a Office Desk and 2 cozy reading chairs in case you need to mix business with leisure. And last but not least you will have your own private entrance, parking and shady garden patio. Walking distance to the major studios, incredible coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, markets, and close to all major freeways. We have AT&T Uverse if you'd prefer to spend a day just watching our flat screen TV. And we have free wi-fi if you need to update your social media with the fantastic photos of your trip. Entire Garden Cottage is yours with featured outside garden dining table for four. Two Car Private Entrance Parking and a Relaxing Private California Native Garden! My family lives in the main house. The cottage is in our backyard separated by a trellis filled with roses year round,. You can be as private as you would like or come sit on your front porch and visit with us. Living on the premises makes it easy for us to help with anything you need. The cottage lies in an in-demand equestrian neighborhood in Los Angeles. Walk along the river to the equestrian center. A short stroll down Riverside Dr. leads to Toluca Lake, home to many celebrities. Spend the day at Disneyland, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, Universal Studio, or walking Hollywood blvd. Restraunt row is a stroll away filled with local coffee shops and Award winning restraunts! Rest, relax, explore, repeat! I'm sure you've heard the expression, "Nobody drives in LA." Well, that's mostly true. We are very close to a bus stop and subway. But we strongly recommend having a car for your visit. We are close to a lot of area attractions. 1924 Spanish Retreat in the Hollywood Hills

Wake up to city views and soak up the sunshine at a classic Spanish Hollywood hideaway with Bohemian flavor. House is divided - Guest will stay in the Two-Story Main House while Hosts live in the back of house with separate entrance. We are well-traveled creative types on premises in the divided back house. We'll meet you when you arrive and show you the house & yard, and then be available by text or call for any questions. We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

SilverLake Hillside Spacious Guest Apartment

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
