Cozy house centrally located in Newberry on a quiet dead end road. Close to many Snowmobile and ATV trails. Trails accessible using county roads. Long driveway for large trailers. Many great attractions close by like Tahquamenon Falls, Garlyn Zoo, and Oswald Bear Ranch. Bar & Grill restaurant located right near the end of the street on M28 - quick ride or 7 minute walk! Dollar General located half a mile away, and only a 5-10 minute drive into town for more (gas, groceries, and restaurants).

This quiet little hamlet of cabins is located on Culhane Lake in the northeastern upper peninsula close to Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Crisp Point Lighthouse, Little Lake Harbor, Lake Superior, and many other local attractions. Although the cabins have been on the property for many years they all have been recently renovated to offer all of the comforts of home yet located completely off the grid. We are within an hour or so of most of the popular things to do. in the winter, you will need to park at the top, walk about 100 ft or sled down to the cottage.

The cabin sleeps two guests. This is truly off-grid; no power or running water. There is a sled dog kennel nearby so expect to hear the “neighbors” during feeding time!

It has almost all the amenities you will need including bedding, towels, cookware and probably some things you forgot.. There is NOT any WIFI on the property though. It has private bedroom with queen bed and a fold out bed that is a Full-sized camper mattress in the couch in the living room.
