Die Tourismusregion Wörthersee- Rosental bietet zahlreiche kulturelle und sportliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten : In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, der Drau-Radweg. Auch Slowenien (Bled) oder Italien (Tarvis) sind einen Ausflug wert.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Entspannter Urlaub am Bauernhof im malerischen Rosental. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ortskern von Wellersdorf. Es ist Platz für 3-4 Personen. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafsofa, im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch, die entweder für ein Pärchen oder zwei kleine Kinder geeignet ist. In der Wohnung haben unsere Großeltern gelebt, deshalb ist das Wohnungsinventar schon älter und es weist Gebrauchsspuren auf. Es können LW- Produkte bei uns gekauft werden.

In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Auto kann direkt vor der Eingangstüre geparkt werden. Gegebenenfalls auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Appartement befindet sich direkt am Bahnhof Rosenbach. Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln direkt vor der Haustüre. Trotzdem sehr ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage. 12km nach Velden Wörthersee, 12km bis zum Faakersee.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Die 2022 neu renovierte, helle und freundliche Studiowohnung mit ca. 22 m2 ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das bequeme Doppelbett hat eine Größe von 160x200 cm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Die Klagenfurter Innenstadt erreichen Sie nach 5-10 Gehminuten.

Ferienwohnung Techelweg - Nähe Hafnersee

Meine Ferienwohnung ist einfach, aber gemütlich und bietet genug Platz für 5 Personen. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es ist alles drin, was den Urlaub angenehm macht. Den wunderschönen Hafnersee kann man über einen Waldweg in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen! Zum Keutschacher See und Wörthersee sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.
