Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

The old coach House is a few minutes walk from the centre of Tintern on the banks of the river Wye, where you'll find the famous abbey, as well as places to eat and drink, and shops selling local crafts. The Wye Valley Walk passes the house, and the hourly bus between Chepstow and Monmouth stops just metres away. There are many places to visit, such as, Puzzlewood, (walking distance), Clearwell caves, Symonds Yat and the Wye Valley. There is a footpath that leads directly from the property into the forest so you can enjoy walking and biking. There’s also two 18 hole golf courses nearby.

At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a peaceful hillside location set in a half-acre garden at the Old Cottage. The log style cabin enjoys panoramic views of the woods and garden.
