Chaumont Bay, one of world's largest freshwater bays, is a sought-after summer destination. We are a short drive to local tourist attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Bear Hill One Room Cabin with Hot Tub

Unplug during your trip in the middle of the woods, tiny rustic one room cabin with hot tub sits in Little John Forest and borders the Boylston snowmobile trail system Perfect for snowmobiling and 4 wheeling. Acres of state land for hunting. Cabin is 22 miles from the Salmon River in Pulaski NY. Sleeps 2 with a queen bed. There is a sofa bed. Equipped with electricity, running water,WIFI. A bathroom with shower. Bring charcoal for the grill or cook right over the fire with the grid!

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Welcome to the Hideaway Cabin, where you can unwind in the embrace of nature. Here, you can sizzle your favorites on the grill, lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony, or simply relax indoors. Come evening, gather by the firepit on the porch to watch the fireflies dance or relax in the hot tub on the back porch. It's the ideal blend of natural serenity and homely comfort. In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.

Stunning 360 degree views of the majestic St. Lawrence River. This tiny, basic cottage is accessible only by boat and offers an 80’ concrete dock. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. No wifi but excellent cell service. Cottage is basic but views are fantastic. Scorpion Island is a unique experience in the heart of the 1000 Islands just east of Gananoque. Welcome to our detached tiny home- your city outdoor retreat! Relax in the hot tub and unwind in the adirondack chairs while enjoying a fire. This private outdoor space is exclusively for you! The fire pit is available seasonally (May-October) and it's use is subject to any City of Kingston fire bans. Guests must follow instructions and light the fire pit on their own.
