Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gaslight district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmers' market. We welcome bookings from guests ages 21 and over.

We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant, Molly Moo’s ice cream, and the downtown area. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.
