Walk (1.5 miles) or kayak (during high tide) to Grass Island for a tranquil beach experience, or drive (2 miles) to downtown, with beaches, bookstores, a quaint town cinema and a wide array of restaurants. Enjoy Sea Breeze Cottage from sunrise to sunset. Spectacular views from two decks. This cottage has a well-appointed kitchen, dock, patio, flat-screen TV, internet, and 2 bedrooms. Here you'll enjoy bird watching, fall leaf-peeping, swimming, and fishing, and we are dog friendly! Minutes from the Guilford train station, local restaurants, shopping, and the historic town green. Sea Breeze is only 20 minutes from New Haven and the Yale campus. We have it all, even the beach towels!

The Barn by the Sound

Spend a weekend in The Barn: a modern designed free-standing building with guest studio apartment above, designed to look like a barn; the studio has views at tree level of a quiet, old neighborhood; one block from Long Island Sound; on a section of the historic old Boston Post Road. There is lots of natural light coming from a large window with a lovely view of a privet hedge on our property overlooking a park like property across the street.

Escape to this sunny cottage just steps from the historic town green. Featuring vaulted ceilings and a light-soaked living area, this two story space offers a quiet backyard with a country feeling. Less than a 15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes from the train and a quaint New England downtown area complete with movie theater, restaurants, a world-famous bookstore and library, the location of this property is hard to beat.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

Our private loft is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and all brand new furniture and appliances. The kitchen and bathroom were thoughtfully designed and sourced from our design showroom right downstairs! Minutes from local beaches and our favorite food spots in town, we hope you enjoy our beautiful and cozy loft as much as we do!
