Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with private kitchen, shower room and living room. The bedroom & living room are freshly decorated. Guests have their own entrance to the annex which is adjoining to the main house but separated by two doors. Feel free to use the garden and bar-be-que and to sit wherever you like. We have a friendly dog who will wonder around but keep away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting, surrounded by nature, unspoilt countryside and views of the Malvern Hills. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible hill walks and picturesque local towns . Catley is a walkers paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles to suit.

It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

The Cider Press with Games Room

The Cider Press, offers entirely purpose-built self-contained living space. On the ground floor, a convenient shower room/toilet adjacent to the impressive private games room. Ascend to the first floor to find a spacious lounge area featuring a TV, along with a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and oven/air fryer. At the far end, awaits super king-size bed, promising a restful night's sleep. As an added perk, guests have exclusive access to our home gym.

Take a break and relax in a beautiful village/countryside location. The cottage, which dates back to 1650, is a short walk to the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

A higgledypiggledy garden flat in a Victorian house built in the 1840s. It's perfect for a couple or solo traveller, it has a cosy cottagey feel with eclectic decor. It's cool in the Summer but central heating & a wood burning stove make it toastie for winter retreats. It is a short walk to the town centre via a steep hill or the 99 steps through the Rose Gardens. It's a magical place in the clouds, in the middle of the Malvern Hills, located on a quiet single track road.

Located on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border. The idyllic market town of Bromyard is a 5 minute drive, with its old world charm and selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Coach House - detached cottage within 135 acres

The Coach House is a detached converted barn with a private & secure garden. The cottage has been sympathetically restored, retaining its many original features. The property provides a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms can be made up into a superking room - please request this on booking. There is a family bathroom & downstairs shower room. Open plan kitchen & lounge. Secure private garden with flag-stoned patio.

Holly’s Cottage is a beautiful holiday residence, set in a tranquil location with spectacular views of the Malvern Hills. Situated in a peaceful hamlet, only a few minutes drive from the A4103 providing easy access to nearby towns Malvern, Worcester, Upton upon Severn, Hereford to name a few. A perfect place to relax or visit Stratford, Cheltenham, Ludlow, Warwick, the Cotswolds or the three counties show ground. Free WiFi
