In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

Secluded woodland cottage, close to SW Coast Path

It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the Owners' grounds, Hope’s Cabin, a stunning retreat to return to at the end of a day exploring the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. Soak away aches in the gorgeous copper bath or relax in front of the log burner. Enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on the deck or wrap up in a rug when the temperature drops. If you like modern spaces, and fancy hanging around sculpture for more than a quick gallery visit then this may appeal. The setting is rural the accommodation spacious and light. The sculpture is at close quarters within your apartment and in the well tended garden. The accommodation is priced for two. Babies are more than welcome ( The space is large and would accommodate three or four people with an additional cost. A sofa bed can be requested but the space is open plan).

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Navas Nook is a beautifully renovated traditional cosy Cornish cottage, set in the heart of the Creekside village of Port Navas, surrounded by stunning countryside. Just feet from the Helford River and public slipway, you can enjoy views down to the boats and yacht club, whilst keeping an eye out for the wildlife on and in the water. Longstone Barn is a superbly equipped luxury barn conversion set in glorious rural surroundings, with its own beautiful garden, 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside village of Coverack with a pretty harbour and a sandy beach at low tide. All of SW Cornwall and many cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
