The Main floor of this home with it's own Private Entrance, one Kingsize bed, one bathroom and a large kitchen. It is on a nice grassy lot with a long driveway. Easy walking distance to anything downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc. Both beaches are walkable, as well, but you might want to take the short drive if you are hauling coolers and beach toys.
