The spa bath with bubbles, wood fire, full kitchen, decking with outdoor furniture, beautiful garden and privacy. Quality linen provided. The property is set on 18 acres, partly forested with abundant wildlife. This cottage is not suitable for children .

Welcome to our cosy shed, couples will enjoy their stay and all that this exceptional area has to offer. Amazing beaches, wildlife, great eateries and all the sights and wonders of the Great Ocean Road just there for your pleasure. The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops.
