Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Welcome to Studio Pimelia, your Margaret River Home (AMR Shire Approved P220294). Featuring a beautiful forest view this studio is cozy, self contained and private. It has a comfortable bed and all new furnishings. We put a lot of love into preparing this space for you and only provide quality products for use. We are situated directly across the road from lovely walking trails. Only a five minute drive to downtown Margaret River so you won't miss a beat. We know you will love your stay.

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. Offshore Ridge

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Forest Retreat 2 can accommodate two adults and is also pet friendly. Walking and cycling trails through the forest surrounding the Margaret River are at your doorstep, and the centre of town is only a short stroll away.
