Jump off of I79 and within minutes find this cute spot that is walking distance to Palatine Park, Stumptown Ales, City Park and the Riverfront. Kayaking options and the Rail Trail are minutes away. Just a 7 minute drive to Middletown Commons for even more options! 7 minutes the other way and you'll arrive at Fairmont State University. A great location with a nice view from the front or back porch! Cozy garden in the back.

Tygart River Retreat

Enjoy the river with with your own private beach! Swimming, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, and kayaking. Fish from the beach!Great small mouth bass, catfish and if you're lucky muskie. 7 minutes from I-79 and restaurants in South Fairmont. 34 minutes to WVU. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces for you to enjoy and entertain no matter what the weather! Large windows throughout the house give you a beautiful view of the river and rolling hills wherever you chose to relax.

Cabin at the Coal Camp

Located above the Monongahela River, it is a quick 9 miles to Morgantown or 15 miles to Fairmont. We are making our cabin available for weekends, near WVU. Brady Camp, as we affectionately call our cabin is located on 33 acres of property that was once the Town of Brady at the Edna Gas Coal Company mine. The property has been reclaimed through the West Virginia mine reclamation act. Large trees and a few trails, good for hiking. The cabin is newly built in the last 10 years.

Our Glamping Yurt offers: Queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, cozy linens, wood stove for chilly nights, porta potty & dry sink for hand washing, nature at your front door, & large fire pit. Sugarland Farmhouse

Sugarland Farm is located at 210 Sugarland Way. It was built as a large family home in 2011. It is a 5700 square foot French country home on 12.5 acres that is only 12 minutes to the interstate and approximately 15 minutes to the WVU Health Sciences Center campus and Football Stadium. The farm has chickens to watch as you enjoy the countryside. The farm is at the end of 1/2 mile of gravel road and beyond the farm is hundreds of acres of mountainside.

Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.

Our Heart House

Welcome to our home. Our home is historic as it was built in 1910. It has three large bedrooms with tall ceilings. It has a living room and a kitchen. Parking for three cars is off the street on Southern Avenue. You must walk up a hill to access the property. There is a wood chipped path. Our property has a large yard for children and dogs.
