Situated directly across from Tipping's Pond in Massey Drive, NL this space has lots to offer; whether you're staying in town for business or pleasure, our suite is sure to please. Just 5 minutes from downtown Corner Brook, 10 minutes from Marble Mountain resort & 30 minutes from Deer Lake airport. The suite has 2 bedrooms, (one queen and one double bed) a full kitchen with fridge, range, dishwasher and all the amenities as well as a laundry room.

Easy access highway, 5 mins straight drive to new hospital and Grenfell Campus, 10 mins to amenities. 1.5 hrs drive to Gros Morne National Park, 40 mins drive to deer lake airport, 2.50 hrs to Ferry.

We are situated on a quiet street, minutes walk or drive to parks, trails, restaurants and pubs. Our location is an easy drive in and out of Corner Brook. We would love for you to stay whether it is for a shopping trip, a getaway to ski, snowmobile, hike, doctor's appointment or short stay work arrangement. This unit is a private apartment in the lower level of my home. There is some noise transfer between the dwellings. There are a number of stairs to the unit. The unit has a washer and dryer. Parking in driveway is available. There is an EV charger for conditional use. Weekly and monthly discounts available.

As with any traditional Biscuit Box the bedrooms are upstairs. In winter studded tires are needed.
