Our custom-made studio is nestled in the woods with a country feel yet close to everything Bend has to offer. Outside,we have two large decks overlooking the wildlife with beautiful mountain views. Inside this 1100 square foot studio with a loft ,we have vaulted ceilings with open beams, a pool table, hunting trophies, and handmade woodwork throughout. You will have a private studio with no shared spaces that includes two queen beds, a kitchen, a living room, a bathrom, two decks, and a hot tub.

Pepper’s Place

Private marina & hot tub — cozy studio Apt with no shared walls. 7-min drive to the Village at Sunriver via S. Century, 20 mins to Bend, 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

Bachelor is a short 30 minute drive for skiing in the winter and downhill biking in the summer. Smith Rock is a 45 minute drive for hiking and climbing enthusiasts. Shopping and dining are within walking distance at NW Crossing or a a short drive to the Old Mill or Downtown Bend. Mesh Network Wifi, coffee, tea and snacks provided.

Enjoy a stylish, private studio in downtown Springfield located a convenient 5-minute drive from UO and Hayward Field and 10 minutes to downtown Eugene. This studio has a queen bed, fully stocked kitchenette, large refrigerator/freezer, Fire TV, and a quaint private fenced yard with lounge chairs. You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. With a studio style bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and off street parking, guests have the privacy and freedom to come and go as they please. The Red Door Retreat is part of Our Shangra la LLC. We overlook the Circle Bar Golf course. Quiet, water features on four sides. 6 month creek flows into the North Fork of the Willamette. Tree frog pond and waterfall in the Grape arbor. We put up our own grape juice. Heated Exercise Pool with a current also enclosed to keep the pool area pleasant. A HOT SPRINGS hot tub. Multi car parking. Koi and frog pond. A Treehouse with stairs and adult swing set.

River Road Refuge

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.
