Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

It is nestled off of the main road, but only 12 minutes from downtown attractions. It is surrounded by green pastures and mature wooded area.
