Hike the newly expanded spring trail at the state park! Has wi-fi, smart TV, covered deck, & heat/air. Queen bed & full size sofa sleeper. Full kitchen with coffee pot, Keurig, electric kettle. Renovated small Mid-Century motel. We have green space in the back with access from the room(s). Over 450 sq feet with a king size bed, twin bed, cedar lined closets, small kitchenette, beautiful bathroom with a pink toilet! I hope your stay is pleasant but must let you know the property sits on the main highway in Mena and there's a train track behind the building across the road. I originally included the noise information under "safety" but wanted it to be more obvious.

The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains and only 4 miles to Mena. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio makes a good sitting area. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance.
