Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

The Cabin

Set in a peaceful rural location, 10 mins from the heart of Guildford, this wonderful little space affords totally self-contained comfort and privacy. We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & wildlife abounds happily. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

Lovely studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart tv and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Ty Bach

A cosy, clean, warm and light annexe with its own walled garden. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

The deck is perfect for soaking up the evening rays and watching the world float by. Ideally situated between the villages of Ripley and Send and a stone’s throw from RHS Wisley, Woking and Guildford with easy and fast access by train into London. 2 night minimum stay.

Self contained one bedroom flat in a larger house

1 mile from Shalford station, 3 miles from Guildford station but in middle of the Surrey Hills. 3 acre garden & room has great views of the garden, donkey & horses. Accommodation is a large double bedroom, ensuite shower room & a kitchen. There isn't a living room however it is a large double room. The property is a ten minute walk to the village pub, the Grantley Arms, Wonersh.
