Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. Cosy, comfortable and tranquil, featuring beams, logburning stove and large garden with orchard, games room and children's playhouse. Feed the owner's pygmy goats and look for eggs from the chickens. Thoughtfully equipped with all you'll need for a relaxing 'get-away-from-it-all' break at any time of year. Interesting places to visit and easy access to the coast.

Needham Market is a great central Suffolk location, from here it is quick & easy to get to see all the sights across Suffolk, from Southwold to Lavenham, Framlingham to Woodbridge you can explore easily from this historic and well connected market town.

We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, artists, nature lovers .
