The room has a double bed and is on the third floor, cozy and quiet, among the tree tops. At night you have the stars, and by day the room is light and sunny. The room has old pine board flooring, a sky light with a room-darkening shade, mini-split, closet, dresser, large desk with office supplies, yoga mat, full length mirror, and a fan. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb. Off street parking is available for $10/night.

We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Historic relaxing clean home for 1- 2 adults

My relaxing "home away" guest room accommodates 1-2 adults for 2 days. My house is sanitized and clean. I am fully vaccinated and boosted and ask guests to be vaccinated also. My home has AC, lovely gardens and is a quiet relaxing environment. The guest room has a luxurious pillow top queen bed that ensures a good night’s sleep! Note: I am allergic to smoke- so smoking on the premises is not allowed. No pets or kids under age 14. Masks can be worn in the house if needed.

It is under the Boston landmark Citgo Sign, within 5 minute walking distance to Fenway Park, Kenmore Sq, Charles River and Boston University. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. Guest rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor.

Our home is a rather unique and very updated 100+ year old Victorian in a historic neighborhood in Medford. There is convenient access to Boston either by car or by public transportation. We hope you'll enjoy the comfy queen sleigh bed, large open dresser, and loads of other amenities our home provides. While we do offer various teas and coffee to our guests, we don’t offer breakfast or food items generally. But you may use the kitchen if you so choose!

This is a private bedroom in my fully furnished historic home. I keep it super clean. One full bathroom shared with host and one other guest. Within a 5 min. walk to the Stony Brook Train, on the orange line. Lots of charm, on a safe quiet street, comfy bed, wood floors, 100% cotton bedding, super clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and parks. There is on street parking. Currently we have one cat in the house.
