Suite includes well stocked kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, laundry, microwave, induction burner and coffee station. Also, AC, a flat screen television, wi-fi, propane firepit and BBQ. Beautiful spruce lined acre feels like private grounds. Local friendly hosts. Not suitable for parties.

Brackley Beach Tiny Home

Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Steel Away (Cottage)

We now have a fully renovated, waterfront cottage available for weekend getaways or extended escapes. An open concept complete with a Queen bed and two twins bunks, kitchen, bathroom, deck and private hot tub. Located at the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay, guests can enjoy all the Island has to offer from our central location, or get away from it all and enjoy the Off Season star filled nights from the comfort of a hot tub.

Sugarberry House - Downtown Charlottetown

Unwind in a newly built, thoughtfully designed, traditional East Coast style home, ideally located in downtown Charlottetown, and just a short walk to the Waterfront. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, cozy backyard dining area, open concept living and three comfortable bedrooms. This is the ideal home for taking in Charlottetown and all the Island has to offer!
