It is located in the middle of town, near Oak Park, Located 5 minutes from Trinity Hospital, and 8 minutes from airport. The house has driveway and off street parking, Hot Tub, outdoor heaters/patio set, washer/dryer, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is also space in the backyard to park either a camper or trailer if needed.

House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches. Canoes for rent, plenty of parking, hunting dogs welcome (please call on other pets.) Dogs must be in a kennel in the house. Dogs not allowed in the beds. Currently some exterior grounds construction. Basement is separate.

North Dakota state fair, reunions or family get togethers The house has a very basic kitchen but instead it has a butlers pantry. It is not the taj mahal but it is a cool old place to stay if are looking for the small town feel.
