Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Access requires climbing the stone steps pictured.

See what our guests have to say.... ***Between the amazing sunrise, the friendly family (dog and owners!), and the wonderfully comfortable decor, this little studio is the perfect "home base" for a weekend in the area. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful place. Small cabana with a private deck and hot tub. This place is perfect for guests that just want to get away for a day or two. Soak in the hot tub and gaze at the night sky. The cabana is small but has everything you need. Comfortable, queen sized bed, full bathroom, WiFi. Please note, there is no TV. We do have a dog but he is on the other side of the fence.
